Shipping Policy
Deliveries are to the UK only at the Moment.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Rates include postage, packing and insurance. If you are out when the delivery is attempted, he or she will usually leave a calling card to inform you that they have attempted delivery. Your goods will then be taken to your local post office depot for you to collect or rearrange delivery at your own convenience.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days.

All items must be returned in sold condition.

Please follow the returns procedure below:

Send an email to the above email address with a short description of why you wish to return. We shall then issue you with a return address label.

Wrap your item securely in packaging of your choice along with a note of your name and address.

Take you parcel to you local post office, making sure you retain your certificate of postage. The cost of returning the parcel is your responsibility.

A refund or exchange shall then be issued upon satisfactory receipt of the item.
If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser's card for the sum paid minus the postage cost. Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date we receive your returned item.
